This past weekend I attended my first BarkWorld in Atlanta, Georgia! It was a lot of fun and my dad, Jada, and Bailey attended. There were many great brands there and we wanted to share them with you in this swag review, aka lots of pictures of stuff on Jada's head. Review & Giveaway: Purrfectplay

How do you pick a toy for your dog? Size? Shape? Durability? Material? Color? Tuggable? Squeaky? After a couple of years with your dog hopefully you will figure out what kind of toy is suitable for your dog. For example, Jada has to have very durable squeaky toys while Bailey is pretty much fine with anything, but something on the more durable side is better. Also, for Jada I try to stay away from plastic because it could cause an allergic flare-up (according to her ImmuneIQ report).

Some people are trying to go the more natural route with toys- using upcycled, wool, or hemp materials free of dyes and plastics. I am totally behind this, especially how often these toys are inside our pup's mouths and sometimes, but hopingly not, ingested.
